We deliver the best TIG/MIG and CO2 Welding Services
TIG/MIG welding setup:
TIG welding (Tungsten Inert Gas welding) and MIG welding (Metal Inert Gas welding) are both types of gas metal arc welding (GMAW) processes. They are used to join two pieces of metal together by heating the metal to a melting point and then fusing them together.
TIG welding is a slower process than MIG welding which uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to create the weld. We use TIG welding for welding thin materials and also where high-quality clean welds are required. On the other hand, we use MIG welding to carry out a faster process of welding thicker materials used in construction and manufacturing industries.
CO2 Welding
VLTPL is equipped to perform CO2 or MAG welding, which is similar to MIG welding except for the shielding gas utilized. The same welding machine can be utilized for all three welding processes. Our CO2 welding setup includes a welding machine, welding gun, welding wire, shielding gas, and a welding helmet. The welding gun is used to feed the welding wire into the weld pool, resulting in a strong and durable weld. While CO2 welding is an affordable option, it may not be suitable for welding precious or inert metals.
